Inspired by her own journey into personal wellness and at a stressful time in work Dana booked herself into a 300-hour elemental yoga teacher training course in Bali. This experience was so impactful that she felt inspired to share some of what she had discovered. Since returning, Dana continued her curiosity with Yoga and completed a 200-hour Ashtanga and Yin Yoga teacher training in New Zealand.
The hardest thing when Dana began her Yoga journey was not the fact she couldn’t touch her toes (by a long shot), but it was re-learning how to breathe. We forget how stressful the world can be and how this impacts us all. It’s so important to take these moments and remind ourselves we deserve this. Dana’s teaching would best be described as essential connections in alignment with nature. Dana believes Yoga is for everyone and treats every person and every class with the uniqueness that they deserve. Everyone is different and Yoga can provide many tools to support you in many different ways.
